Privacy Policy

Account information. Name, email address, password (hashed), company name and role if applicable, and billing details processed through our payment provider.

Uploaded media and voice data. The video and audio files you upload or link to for dubbing, the transcripts and translations generated from them, and the voice model derived from the source speaker's audio in order to generate the dubbed output.

Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, job submission timestamps, and processing minutes consumed, used for billing, security, and product improvement.

Cookies and similar technologies. Small data files used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate product usage. See Section 7.

We use the information described above to:

• operate the Service, including transcribing, translating, and generating matched-voice dubbed audio from your uploads;
• process payments and manage your subscription or usage billing;
• provide customer support and respond to requests you send us;
• monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service, including unauthorized voice matching;
• improve the reliability and quality of our transcription, translation, and voice-matching models using aggregated or de-identified data where feasible; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your uploaded voice data to train models on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any customer other than you, and we do not sell your voice data.

When you upload a file for dubbing, we generate a voice model from the source speaker's audio to produce your dubbed output. This voice model and the associated source file are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your job, support revisions you request within a reasonable follow-up window, and satisfy support or billing inquiries tied to that job — by default, no longer than 90 days after your job completes, unless you request earlier deletion or ask us to retain a reusable voice profile as part of a paid plan feature.

If you save a voice profile for reuse across jobs — a feature available on some plans — that profile is retained until you delete it from your account or close your account, whichever comes first. You can request deletion of any source media, transcript, translation, or voice model at any time through your account settings or by emailing privacy@dabalabs.com; we will delete it within 30 days absent a legal obligation to retain it longer.

We rely on a limited set of third-party service providers to operate the Service, each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

• cloud infrastructure and storage providers that host uploaded media and processing pipelines;
• payment processors that handle billing and card information on our behalf — we do not store full card numbers ourselves;
• speech, translation, and voice-synthesis model providers used to power transcription, translation, and dubbing;
• email and customer support tooling used to communicate with you; and
• analytics providers used to understand aggregate product usage.

We do not permit these processors to use your content for their own independent purposes outside of providing services to us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access a copy of the personal data and voice data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate account information;
• request deletion of your account, uploaded media, and derived voice data;
• export your account and job data in a portable format; and
• object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dabalabs.com from your account email address. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any case within 30 days.
